The Fisher Wallace Stimulator® is a wearable neurostimulation device that is approved by Health Canada to treat insomnia. It works by gently stimulating the brain to produce serotonin and other neurochemicals that allow patients to get to sleep quickly and sleep through the night, without a sedative effect. Patients treating insomnia use the device for 20 minutes before going to bed. Since 2007, Fisher Wallace Laboratories has worked closely with top hospitals, research institutions and federal regulatory agencies (including Health Canada) to test and monitor the safety and effectiveness of the Fisher Wallace Stimulator®. The device has been proven in multiple published studies and has been prescribed by over 2,000 board-certified doctors.
The Fisher Wallace Stimulator® is effective in treating the following types of insomnia:
- Chronic Insomnia: Difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep three or more nights per week.
- Onset Insomnia: Difficulty falling asleep at the beginning of the night.
- Comorbid Insomnia: Insomnia that occurs in conjunction with depression or anxiety.
- Maintenance Insomnia: Difficulty staying asleep through the night (waking up often or waking up too early).
- Acute Insomnia: Temporary difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep as the result of traveling or a life event.
Easy to Use
The device is extremely easy to use and the stimulation feels pleasant during the 20-minute treatment session, often causing the patient to feel immediately relaxed. To treat insomnia, patients use the device for 20 minutes before bedtime. If you do not suffer from insomnia and only use the device to treat depression or anxiety, the device will not make you drowsy.

Relieve Chronic Pain
The Fisher Wallace Stimulator® is a wearable neurostimulation device that is approved by Health Canada to treat chronic pain. Applied to the head, the device stimulates neurochemical production, including beta-endorphins (a pain suppressing neurochemical), which effectively treats fibromyalgia. The device may also be used to reduce the frequency and intensity of migraine headaches. When applied to the body, the device can reduce muscle pain, phantom limb pain, post-operative pain, arthritis pain, gastrointestinal pain and many other forms of chronic body pain. The device has been proven in multiple published studies and has been prescribed by over 2,000 board-certified doctors.
How It Works
Our brains are complex electrical systems -- comprised of about 86 billion neurons. The Fisher Wallace Stimulator® works by generating gentle electrical pulses at patented frequencies that stimulate the brain to produce serotonin and other neurochemicals required for healthy mood and sleep. The device is effective for the majority of patients and has been cleared by Health Canada for the treatment of insomnia and chronic pain. Watch the video above to learn more about how the device works.
Doctor & Patient Testimonials
I have had great success using the device to treat severe, chronic insomnia in patients who are resistant to pharmacotherapy. Also, patients who seek a drug-free alternative to treat insomnia have used the Fisher Wallace Stimulator to reduce or eliminate their dependence on prescription drugs.

I have used the Fisher Wallace Stimulator for several years to control pain. I have Sjogren’s Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. I use it twice a day. If I forget to use it, I am reminded because I feel severe pain. I cannot recommend this machine enough. This kind of pain relief is very important, as it has no side effects and it is really effective.
